THE COMPOUND EFFECT

The center stone of every business is their core deliverable. Without a clear understanding of their core deliverable the business will struggle to find its market identity. The core deliverable generates revenue and defines the purpose of the company. The strength of the core deliverable is determined by how the business differentiates itself with their unique value proposition, technical knowledge and ability to serve their target market.

The core deliverable of every business is the specific skill product or service that drives revenues to the company. Most businesses have the same core deliverable as their competitors. For example, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Honda, Subaru, and General Motors all deliver personal transportation. The way These companies differentiate themselves in the marketplace is their value proposition and the target market the serve.

Subaru has a different value proposition and target market than Mercedes-Benz and BMW. When you know and understand your core deliverable you must understand who your customer is and what they value and how you're going to deliver your product to meet their expectation. Other components of your core deliverable include your technical knowledge and company language culture.  Each business also has unique vendors and suppliers that are an integral part of the core deliverable of the business.

How is your business differentiated in the market you serve? Our Weavers training helps the emerging entrepreneur and business leaders strengthen their core deliverable with a specific emphasis on understanding their target customer and how their business differentiates itself in the market it serves.
